Description
A lovely small studio pottery vase in a shape of a nut seed with slipware and light pink blush glazes on a fine stoneware body. The pottery was set up by Will & Barbara Pots in Hayle Cornwall UK and named the studio The Pots Pottery.
The pottery closed many years ago, date of closure unknown. The base is stamped with two flowers and the pottery name POTS.
Materials: Clay, Stoneware, Slip, Drip Glazes.
Uses: Small Flower Pot Displays, Bedroom, Bathroom.
Date: 1969-1978.
Condition: Excellent with odd pops in the slip decoration and common accurance during firing with studio ceramics.
Approx. Size/Dim: 3.5 inch (8.9 cm) high x 3 inch (7.6 cm) wide.
