Description
Lovely studio pottery salt pot/pig, all handmade and decorated with rustic orange and brown drip glazes on a course stoneware body. The pot is not signed and possibly by or attributed to Cornish potter Graham Fern from the former Porthleven pottery studios near Helston in Cornwall. Though other potters have produced similar glaze styles.
Materials: Clay, Stoneware, Sand, Drip Glazes.
Uses: Functional, Cooking, Salt, Seasoning, Spices, Sauce Flavouring.
Country/Origin: British, Handmade In Cornwall.
Date: Circa 1970's-1980's
Condition: Excellent Vintage New. Comes with original wood scoop/spoon.
