Description
Studio pottery mustard pot with fossil and scallop shell design. All hand thrown stoneware body with speckled brown and grey drip glaze. A British handmade piece. The scallop shell to the side of pot is on a pad of clay and possibly the pottery and potters mark. Lovely little pot and ideal for a shell collector to mix with a shell top collection.
Please Note: The fossil on the lid is not really that practical when removing, unless you have very small fingers and a good grip, care needed.
Materials: Clay, Stoneware, Drip Glazes.
Uses: Kitchen Dining, Mustard, Jams, Sauces, Pulses, Display Ornaments.
Origin: British Handmade.
Date: 1980's Present.
Condition: Excellent, Looks New/Unused.
Approx.Size/Dim: 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) high x 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) wide.
