For sale a lovely Rye studio pottery floral beaker by Dennis Townsend, one of the well respected potters at the Rye pottery in Sussex UK. Decorated with red and blue floral design glazes on a red clay earthenware body. A very early hand thrown mid century piece and dates from 1947-53. 

Nice quality piece of British art ceramics and rare collectors item, though this pattern is quite common would still be creat addition to any Rye Art Pottery collection.
